Web Design packages (including all graphic design and coding for layout) payments are as follows:
half prior to beginning the project and the final 50% is due once the graphic and layout design has been finalized via email agreement.
Once a project has been paid for and started (including artwork, graphics and coding) - the deposit/payment is non refundable.
Any project that has not been paid in full, including any outstanding debt for all projects, is property of wendysworldart and cannot be used until the payment is made in full.
Once a project and/or outstanding debt, is paid in full, you become the owner of the website, coding and all graphics and artwork associated with the website.
